Where are you located?

Our studio is located on Tohono O’odham land (Tucson), in sunny Arizona, USA.

Care

Natural soap is best enjoyed fresh. While in use, soap should be kept dry between uses and held in a self-draining soap dish... avoiding a puddle will ensure your soap doesn’t disintegrate quickly.  Scent fading, moisture sweating and shrinkage can occur over time - store soap in a cool, dry place for up to 4-6 months.

All ceramic products are dishwasher and microwave safe. However, all ceramics will last longer if hand-washed. All mugs, bowls, plates and cups are food safe and you can drink hot/cold bevies from them. Our only non-foodsafe pieces are those glazed with sea glass pieces, which are reserved for decorative use only.

Shipping

Each piece is wrapped in repurposed packing material from local businesses. Ceramics are delicate and I take the utmost care + caution shipping all packages for their journeys! Every shipment includes tracking and insurance. You'll receive tracking when your order has been processed, typically in 1-7 business days after ordering.

I’m a local

Local residents or people travelling through the area can use the code LOCALPICKUP to exempt shipping. When you choose the pickup option, you will be sent an additional email once your order has been processed with instructions on how to receive it.

Wholesale

Thank you so much for the interest in stocking Spring + Vine! We are excited to announce that we are currently partnering on a small number of select wholesale orders. Please feel free to email us at springandvine@gmail.com to inquire. If you’re familiar with FAIRE you can also find our shop here.

Policies

All sales are considered final – at this time I’m unable to offer refunds or exchanges. Packaging ceramics with tlc is a precarious sport and if a customer sends a piece back chances are we’d likely end up with a breakage. In the event there is a problem, please don’t hesitate to contact me and we can work out a solution together.

Many thanks to Jon Clark and the whole team at Shoutout Arizona for this lovely feature!

What an awesome mission of this initiative; to find out more about local small businesses and entrepreneurs throughout the State of Arizona, but also to have the opportunity to give a shout out to other folks who have impacted and supported you along the way.. spreads the ripple effect like a wave of gratitude.
